Privacy notice

What happens to your information.

Last updated 27 July 2026

Short version: there is no advertising here, no tracking cookie, and nothing that follows you around the internet. The one thing measured is an anonymous count of visits, so I can tell whether anybody is actually reading the page. Nothing is stored on your device, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

Who is responsible

A2K AI Limited
124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX
Registered in England and Wales, company number 16505951

A2K AI Limited is the data controller for the information described here. To ask anything about it, or to make any of the requests below, message me using the WhatsApp button on the main page, or write to the address above. There is no contact email published on this site, deliberately: leaving one in the page source is how addresses get harvested.

What this site collects on its own

A count of visits, and nothing that identifies you. The page loads a small script from Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, which records the page you looked at, the link or site that sent you here if there was one, your browser, operating system and device type, your country, and whether you pressed the WhatsApp or the booking button. That is the entire list.

It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, which is why this site has no consent banner to click through. Umami states that it collects no personally identifiable information and anonymises everything it does collect, so what reaches me is counts rather than people, and none of it can be used to follow you to another website. Umami Software, Inc. handles this as my data processor; their privacy policy is at umami.is/privacy.

There is no advertising network, no remarketing pixel and no social media tracker on this site. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading the page still sends nothing to Google.

The web host that serves these pages will keep standard server logs, which usually include your IP address, the time of the request and which page was requested. That is a normal part of running any website and is used to keep it working and secure.

The booking calendar

The "Book a call" buttons are ordinary links to a booking page hosted by Google. Nothing from Google is embedded in this website, so nothing is sent to Google while you are reading it. You only reach them by choosing to follow the link.

Once you are on that page, Google will be able to see your IP address and set cookies on your device, and anything you type into the booking form (your name, email address, and whatever you write in the notes) goes to Google and then to me, so that the appointment can be made. That processing is covered by Google's privacy policy.

If you would rather not involve Google at all, just message me on WhatsApp instead and we will find a time between us.

When you get in touch

If you contact me by WhatsApp or phone, I will have whatever you send: usually your name, your number, and what you have told me about your business. WhatsApp messages are carried by WhatsApp and are covered by their own privacy terms.

I use that information to reply to you, to quote for work, and to carry out the work if you go ahead. The lawful basis is legitimate interests for answering an enquiry somebody has chosen to send me, and performance of a contract once we are actually working together.

I do not sell it, I do not share it with anyone who is not needed to do the work, and I do not add you to a marketing list. There is no marketing list.

How long it is kept
