Mortgage advisor

Website, rate tools and directors' app

A website and back-office system built around how the brokers already work.

A mortgage broker's home page with routes into each type of mortgage.

A website that does some of the work

A visitor enters their figures and sees live deals from over 70 lenders, each costed the same way so they can be compared fairly. The search runs through the broker's own sourcing system on the server, so their login never reaches the browser.

Enquiry forms across the site are logged and acknowledged as soon as they arrive, so nobody waits for a broker to come out of a meeting.

New enquiries become applications in the CRM without anyone entering the same information twice, saving each broker around half an hour each mortgage application. Invoices are created as finished PDFs from a single message.

A mortgage comparison form with loan amount, property value, term and deal type.

Fixed rates that don't get missed

Every fixed rate coming to an end sits on one calendar, so the brokers see each date well before it arrives. For each client the system can prepare a private page, opened with a one-time code, showing where they stand, what happens if they do nothing and what a new deal could look like.

A client's private page showing days until their fixed rate ends, their payment now and new deal options.
An iPhone showing a November calendar with fixed rates ending on most days and three clients listed for Monday 9 November.

The whole business in the directors' pocket

An app for the directors on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android: money banked against target, the pipeline by stage and a calendar of every fixed rate coming up. The CRM behind it is backed up every night.

An iPhone showing 160,412 pounds banked so far this year against a 234,000 pound target, with a chart.
An iPhone showing the weighted pipeline and 42 live cases by stage.
