Survey report automation

A system that drafts the full survey report in the surveyor's own words, for the surveyor to review and sign. I'm taking on the first firm for this now.

Notes on site, not at a desk

The surveyor talks through each section on their phone, takes the photos and picks the condition rating. That's everything the draft needs.

A first draft in their own words

Each section is written up from the site notes in the surveyor's own style, with the note it came from alongside, so every sentence can be checked against what was actually seen.

Nothing goes out unsigned

The surveyor stays responsible for the report. Client consent is recorded, every section is reviewed, and nothing reaches the client until it has been signed.
