Managing someone else's eBay shop

I run an eBay shop on behalf of its owner, so he can get on with the rest of his business.

A client portal showing eBay orders with buyer, item, total, postage service and status.

Priced from what has actually sold

Listings are researched and priced from real sold prices, with eBay's fees and postage taken off first, so the owner knows what each sale leaves.

A pricing table with sold prices, list price, fees, postage and what is left after costs.

Replies drafted from the real order

The desk reads each customer message, looks up the order, tracking and any refund, and drafts a reply. A set of checks stops it claiming anything that hasn't happened.

A customer message, the order details looked up, a drafted reply and the checks it has passed.

Everything in one portal

Orders, Royal Mail labels and sales reports sit in the owner's own portal, so nothing depends on anyone remembering to send an update.

This shop is in its first weeks, so there are no sales results to show yet. Screens use sample data.
